Meet the Family
At My Family’s Farm, our vision is to bring the culture of family into everything we do.
That means redefining traditional staff roles as family roles—each person a steward of the home and its resources.
Like the biblical steward in Genesis 39, we’re entrusted to manage wisely, serve faithfully, and see our work not as a job, but as a shared calling within the family of My Family’s Farm.

Family Stewards
Kendall & Kelly Montgomery
Kendall and Kelly Montgomery have been opening their home to those in need since before they were married. While dating, Kelly was mentoring a young boy whose single mom needed a place to stay. He asked Kendall if she could help—and without hesitation, she gave up her apartment, moved in with a friend, and gave the family her home until they could get back on their feet.
That first act of hospitality became a lifelong calling. Over the years, the Montgomerys have welcomed elderly neighbors who could no longer care for themselves, missionaries on leave, and anyone the Lord placed in their path who needed safety, rest, or belonging. What began as a simple “yes” to one family has grown into a ministry of open doors and open hearts—now expressed through My Family’s Farm, a home for youth who have aged out of foster care.
Both Kendall and Kelly have long mentored teens, which inspired their decision to foster older youth. Licensed to foster since 2019, they’ve also served alongside a transitional home for teens aging out of care as they prepared to launch My Family’s Farm. They’ve seen firsthand the tension teens face—longing for independence while still needing the support of family—and the transformation that comes when they experience unconditional love and belonging.
Today, the Montgomerys are a family of ten: five biological children, their eldest daughter Jasmine (who joined them through foster care, is now married, and expecting their first grandbaby), and two new daughters who’ve joined the family at the farm. Their home continues to grow and change, reflecting their belief that family is chosen, forged, and ever-expanding.
Before stepping into full-time ministry at the farm, Kendall and Kelly spent over 20 years in the entertainment industry. Kelly works as a producer for YouTube’s biggest creator, MrBeast, while Kendall’s background spans network film and television production, business development, and now homeschooling their five children while overseeing the farm’s daily operations.
For the Montgomerys, home has always been more than a place—it’s a weapon for the Gospel. Each person welcomed in is a testimony of God’s faithfulness and the transforming power of family.
